You can also explore the city from above, as there are several viewing points in Atomium. Consider going to a restaurant on the top of Atomium. It's accesible by metro, buses and many other means of transport.

We just had to get up close and personal with the Atomium when we visited Brussels. Like the Eiffel Tower in Paris, it was built as part of a World's Fair. We didn't go in but just went out to see it. Very cool!

An excellent attraction. Easy to get into, a reasonable cafe and gift shop at the entrance/exit. Lots of interesting information about the building. Exciting and interesting art installations to provide something to post online! A fabulous view from the top.

I'd highly recommend visiting it around sunset time, where you can capture beautiful colors in the sky and have an unforgettable memory. Also, if you go during the weekend, it is best to buy the tickets in advance to avoid the crowd.
